For Toto Afya: documents listed by NHIF (e.g. birth certificate)

Steps to follow

Tick each step when you finish it. Saved on your phone only.

Open NHIF Self Service and choose to register.
Enter the requested details and confirm with the OTP.
Choose a package (e.g. Toto Afya) and read its terms on the NHIF site.
Pay the contribution with the control number you are given.
